Workforce Development
Our mission at Pathways in Motion is to address the global talent shortage by building and posting work-based learning experiences, skill building opportunities plus, making modern Registered Apprenticeships scalable and accessible to all. We are achieving this by delivering everything on a software platform powered by RecruitMe.
We bring together employers, unions, training providers, industry associations, community-based organizations and public agencies to collaborate on initiatives that improve labor skills and productivity. Our work helps ensure these programs provide a gateway for local residents – focusing on women, people of color, and transitioning veterans – to gain access to build skills in the Trades.
Community-Driven
We have a strategic playbook for building these programs and opportunities. First the community, we focus on partnerships with employers, education, and local workforce development organizations to post their services and programs for students, young adults, transitioning veterans, and others on a single platform. Users can view these programs by video with in-depth detail and apply with just one-click. This platform:
